Ganz vorneweg: Deutsche kommen ohne ID Karte nicht hier rein! Wer würde denn bitte glauben dass jedermann einfach auf eine US Installation zum Essen fahren kann? Und bewerten den Laden wegen ihrem eigenen Irrglauben auch noch schlecht? Manche Leute sind zum schreien. I can say, as someone that's been in the area for nearly his entire life, I've hear my fair share of horror stories about this Popeyes. Have any of them ever come true? Have I ever seen the head of a rat fried in my food? Have I ever had my food thrown at me by workers? Do the teenagers working here get every drivethru order wrong? No. Personally, I can not agree. In all these years of ordering about twice a month, I can remember a single order having something missing, and a single time where my Sandwich I ordered without pickles, came with pickles. I've always been served fresh tasting food, that I can not complain about. I've never had a bite of chicken that I thought might have been undercooked or raw. The chicken has always been of good quality, and has never had the nasty soapy american "bleached chicken" taste, unlike from other chicken places on base where its a hit-or-miss. The workers have always been friendly to me. Atmosphere is basically the standard Popeye's on an Airbase. You can't get into the base without an ID, but once you're on the base, you can eat here. Wheelchair accessible, and there are parking spots available right outside.

The food is good just like any other Popeyes. The hours are very strange. They say they are open until 18:00 however there have been times where we have shown up at 16:00 and they have already been closed for the day. Nothing against this Popeyes but sometimes they do not have everything on the menu. They do run out of stock of items pretty quickly.

Foods always fresh when I come by but they are always out of something (supply chain issue not their issue). Chicken sandwich still delish popcorn shrimp is cooked with the spicy chicken so a bit too spicy for my 2 year old. Service is better than okay but not great a lot of small attention to details missed, no napkins cutlery were given with our food, they didn't ask which condiments we would like with our meal either. But they were professional and kind. You just have to think for them a little bit.

** No access since it’s in US military base ** We drove for an hour with a hope to find this familiar American spot in Europe. Instead, we were told only people with access to the base can come in. Please make this official since there would be people who drive from far away only to end up with disappointment.

The food is always fresh and well made, but they always forget everything in the drive through. Anything extra you want like sauces, an extra biscuit, fries, etc is always forgotten in the drive through. Staff seem to care less about getting it right when you get it to go. It's extremely frustrating and a waste of money since when you dine in there are never issues! They also are very careless when getting drinks in the drive through, they spill it over the cup so that the cup is drenched in your drink and sticky, making your hands and car sticky and wet.I don't think there was a single time we got it to go that they didn't forget something like a sauce, or an extra side, and my hands/car being sticky with soda.

My Mac and cheese was half filled, RY threw my food at me didn’t even tell me it was mine, my biscuit was loose in my bag at the bottom of my bag, and I ordered a regular sandwich and I was given a spicy one. ONE WORST POPEYES EVER, AND FIRE RY HES RUDE.

Didn't want to write a review but felt like I needed to. Normally one would check their bags when ordering prior to leaving a fast food joint, just to be certain all is there. I should have done that. However, I only ordered 3 items. I figured no one could screw that up. Well, today was the day. At about 1230 this afternoon, they didn't put in a spicy chicken sandwich. Those things are like $10. I am not gonna raise a stink but for God's sake, it was 3 items...how can you screw that up?

Got the wrong drink and this amount of fries. Was already at work so I couldn't go back to dispute this so a review it is
